    I recently had the pleasure of working with Sound Decision LLC, and I can't say enough good things about their service. From start to finish, the whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They provided top-notch audio and visual solutions that exceeded our expectations.

    The owner, Steve is a one of a kind guy. He is honest, kind and very personable. He makes you feel like you are the most important person. He has no problem showing you exactly what you're getting. If you have a problem, he's a phone call away. No hesitation. He ALWAYS helps.


    The equipment is incredible and operates flawlessly throughout our restaurant. The setup was seamless, and the technicians were on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly set them apart.

    I cannot begin to describe how wonderful Steve and his team of technicians are. My husband and I recently bought a house and were unaware of the poor whole house system we were inheriting. Nothing worked. We called multiple companies for assistance over a period of a week and no one was willing to help or even look at our project until I called Steve.


    Steve listened to all my concerns and frustrations and even came to our house the same night we spoke after hours to look at our project and promised to return the next day with a crew to redo our whole house system and ensure it worked and we understood it. He did just that.


    Steve and team removed the poorly installed system and wiring and replaced the whole system seamlessly. Everything works now!


    Thank you Steve and Sound Decision for all you’ve done for me and my family. We will be a customer for life. I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work.

    Steve and the guys replaced an older system with a Sonos system after it was damaged by a lightning strike.  Everything was easy going with the installation and the use of the product.  They really love this stuff and have a ton of knowledge.

    These guys are the best. Renovated a home in Fort Walton Beach and arranged for them to install 4 new TV’s and a BOSE sound system. They showed up when promised, had all the mounts and cables needed , did a clean job and charged a fair price would absolutely recommend.

    Steven was able to get the sound systems working properly on our tour boats and they sound great! We have multiple microphones, receivers and speakers for outdoor use, and he rewired everything to ensure the sound quality was excellent. He was the only one in several years of attempts who could get things working properly!
